3.2.1: Develop a campus media relations strategy for sharing campus news, events, and updates with the community.
3.2.2: Develop a campus-wide community relations program that is driven by strategic plan and campus values statements and provides a clearinghouse for capturing and reporting all community-based outreach, including sponsorships and philanthropic giving.
3.2.3: Position Continuing Education and LaunchBox programs as community assets focused on improving the economic quality of life in our region (aligns with UN SDG #8: Promote sustainable economic growth).

3.3.1: Assist aspiring entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to the marketplace by providing workshops on starting or growing a business
3.3.2: Connect aspiring entrepreneurs to the Penn State Intellectual Property Clinic and the Penn State Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic for assistance in forming startups and protecting intellectual property
3.3.3: Motivate aspiring entrepreneurs to take the entrepreneurship leap by sponsoring an annual LION Tank pitch competition with prizes to the top two business ideas
3.3.4: Inspire Penn State Mont Alto students to embrace entrepreneurship by bringing successful student entrepreneurs from the Happy Valley LaunchBox to the annual entrepreneurship forum held during Global Entrepreneurship Week to share their entrepreneurship experiences with Mont Alto students
3.3.5: Promote and highlight Startup Week
